About Us

We established Slopeside Property Management Ltd. in 2018 with an initial focus on cleaning services. We are a caring family that puts lots of heart into our business. For the past 7 years we have self-managed our rental properties in Sun Peaks with much success. We understand the costs involved with owning the home, setting it up and maintaining and cleaning it after rentals.

Our family moved to Sun Peaks in 2017 from the Lower Mainland. We have provided construction cleaning for many developers in Maple Ridge and Sun Peaks. We did the construction cleaning for the Village Walk townhouse and Echo Landing. We also have been cleaning several large houses for nightly rentals in Sun Peaks and at Heffley Lake. Together we have more than 30 years of business ownership and extensive experience in retail sales, marketing, customer service, construction, home building, home staging, rental management, property investing and professional driving.

Slopeside Property Management is proud to offer a rental solution for your vacation home in Sun Peaks, BC. Our business has many services that we offer and this service combines all of them into one complete solution. We provide top-notch cleaning services, off-site laundry services, 24 hour emergency contact, on mountain support for you and your guests, booking management and guest relations. On the Sun Peaks Aquatics side of our business, we provide a full service hot tub dealership with new hot tub availability, full service department, parts and water care service throughout a guests stay.

Owner Managed Services

Full Service Management

With our owner managed service option you deal with the bookings and guests and we handle the rest!

Here is an outline of the services we provide:

Management Service:

  • 24 Hour Emergency Mountain Contact (registered with Sun Peaks Municipality).
  • On mountain contact for Strata (Additional service fees apply).
    Insurance walkthroughs
  • Primary contact for you and guests of your property. (Additional service fees apply).
  • On mountain representative for issues, repairs and maintenance (Additional service fees apply).

Cleaning Service:

  • Photos of any damage or broken items in your unit.
  • Vacuuming all areas and mop floors.
  • Clean inside and outside of your fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
  • Put dishes from the dishwasher away. Wash any misc. dishes left from your guests.
  • Check drawers and cupboards and re-arrange items to their proper places.
  • Wipe down all surface areas and disinfect all touchable areas.
  • Replace linens on beds. Replace bath, hand, face, kitchen and hot tub towels.
  • Primarily off-site laundry service.
  • Clean BBQ.
  • Take away all recycling and garbage
  • Set temperatures to 15 degrees in the winter and 10 degrees in the summer
  • Make sure all faucets are off and windows closed.
  • Secure the home.

With our full service rental option we provide everything you need to have a successful rental property!

Booking Service:

  • Answering guest inquiries about your property
  • Completing bookings for guests at your property
  • Processing security deposits
  • Assistance in filing of GST, PST and MRDT on behalf of the property owner
  • Monthly payout receipts outlining revenues and expenses
  • Marketing of your property to prospective guests
  • Assisting guests throughout their stay with questions or concerns they may have

Management Service:
