Our Self-Management Option is design to save you money and have piece of mind with our on mountain management team here to support you and your guests. We are professional, courteous, and dedicated to our clients and we will keep your home well cared for. We understand high quality cleaning, first appearances and special touches will enhance your guests stay and encourage them to to return for years to come!

      Our Property Management Services include: 

  • 24 Hour Emergency Mountain Contact (registered with Sun Peaks Municipality, call out fees apply)
  • On mountain representative for issues, repairs and maintenance (Additional service/call out fees apply)
  • On mountain contact for you and your guests (Call out fees may apply)
  • Complementary listing to our web site which directs guests to your booking platform/web site/email
  • Cleaning booking system that automatically integrates with your booking platform
  • Door code changes
  • Complementary garbage and recycling pickup for longer stay guests (on request)
  • Off season weekly insurance walk-through 
  • Priority for same day cleanings (subject to availability)





      Our Cleaning Services include:

       We specialize in VRBO and Airbnb nightly rental cleans
  • Vacuuming in corners, under beds, under couches and cushions.
  • We check for cob webs and in window tracks.
  • Clean inside and outside of your fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.
  • Clean dishes or pots left behind by guests and put dishes from the dishwasher away.
  • Clean drawers and cupboards and re-arrange items to their proper places.
  • Wipe down all surface areas with soap and water.
  • Disinfect all touchable areas with Clorox or Lysol wipes and Vital Oxide hospital grade disinfectant.
  • Spot clean doors and walls.
  • Vacuum and mop all floors.
  • Replace linens on beds. Replace bath, hand, face and hot tub towels.
  • Launder all linens and towels.
  • Sweep patio and garage, clean BBQ and spot clean windows.
  • Secure your home on departure and take away all recycling and garbage
  • Off-site laundry services available
  • Photos of any damage or broken items in your unit
      Extra Perks of our Cleaning Service:
  • We use eco-friendly cleaning products with pleasing essential oils to make your home smell fresh and naturally clean
  • We also use disinfectant products like Vital Oxide which is an odourless hospital grade disinfectant approved for use on the SARS-COV-2 virus.
  • We can also supply your guests with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, spices and special request items such as wine, gift baskets, cookies, chocolate or anything else you can think of to increase the guest experience of your home! (Subject to an additional cost)
  • As an eco-friendly company we will sort all recycling and ensure all recycling and garbage are deposited in the appropriate bins

Additional Services Available (additional fees apply):

  • Supply top-up with every clean: toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, scrub pads and garbage bags 
  • Atomized spraying of Vital Oxide hospital grade disinfectant with a Victory Sprayer for whole home sanitization (Mostly applicable for back to back cleans)
  • Organic cotton sheets and towels provided (additional fee applies
  • Deep Cleaning: Clean behind fridge and stove. Clean inside windows and outside reachable windows. Mop patios and clean patio glass or railings. Clean behind fridge and stove. Wipe baseboards and door frames. Thoroughly clean BBQ. Move furniture to thoroughly clean underneath
